Manuscript should
be double-spaced typewritten (do not justify) printed on one
side of 8.5 x 11 inches white paper. It should
be prepared according to Publication Manual of American Psychological
Association. Issue 25 (vol. 2) would adhere to the sixth
edition of APA publication manual.
Abstract.
It should not be more than 120 words and must include a brief
summary of study including description about sample, instruments,
and not more than five to six most noteworthy results. Also
supply up the preferred key words for the study.
References. The references should
be in alphabetical order, complete and formatted according
to APA manual. Each listed reference should be cited in the
text and each text citation should be listed in References.
Submission. Two hard-copy printouts
of manuscript should be submitted. Also send the soft-copy
through email attachment file or computer disk. A signed cover
letter by co-author(s) must be submitted stating that the
manuscript is not under concurrent consideration elsewhere.
A separate title page listing name(s) of author(s), institutional
affiliation (at the time of study conducted as well as current
affiliation if it has changed during due course of time),
postal and email address(es), and the date at which manuscript
was submitted.
Correspondence. Please give your
email address as most of the correspondence between editorial
office and author(s) will be done through email.
Permission. Submit the permission
letter for the copyrighted material which are given in the
manuscript but are not the authors’ original work e.g.,
tables/figures borrowed from any other source, data of any
other study, test material (or portion thereof) mentioned
in the manuscript if not developed by the author(s), photographs
of people, etc.
Double-blind Review (Masked review).
As in PJPR the double-blind approach for editing is utilized,
therefore, a separate page should include the information
as mentioned in submission section, so that it could be separated
from the manuscript by the Editor before sending it to the
consulting editors. Footnotes regarding author(s) should also
be written on separate page. There should be no clue of the
author(s)’ identity in the manuscript too for keeping
the process of editing more objective and fair.
Authors’ Note. Please send
the detailed note about the authors to be given along the
article published. It should include to whom future correspondence
should be directed, postal and email addresses, affiliation
at the time of study, acknowledgments, grant related information
for the study, etc. Send change in affiliation/address notice
if it has changed after submission. Editors are not responsible
for the information given in the authors related footnotes.
